Third Party Verification

David A Levy CPA PC provides third party independent employment verification and reporting to schools throughout the country. There are many different reasons why you may need to verify the employment of your graduates, and for each reason there are different reporting requirements. We have experience reporting independent employment verification to all of the following agencies so you can rest assured that the reporting will be handled correctly and that your school will go through the process as efficiently as possible. Accrediting Agency (Including ACCSC)
For ACCSC schools, as part of the accreditation renewal process, schools must verify that a specified percentage of their graduates are employed.

Economic Disadvantaged Appeal (ED Appeal) in compliance with 34 CFR 668.194 & 668.213
For schools with high cohort default rates (call us to see if you fall into this category) a specified percent of your graduates must be employed must qualify as low income.

Short programs - 70/70 Verification in compliance with 34 CFR 668.8
Programs with fewer than 600 hours must comply with federal regulations requiring at least 70% completion rate and within the completed students, a 70% placement rate.
